Gujarat’s AMC launches initiative to plant ‘Four Million Trees’ in Ahmedabad

Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation (AMC) has launched a major urban greening initiative, planting 21 lakh trees citywide with a ₹69 crore budget, taking the total count to four million trees in Ahmedabad. The "Mission Four Million Trees" was inaugurated by CM Bhupendra Patel on World Environment Day by planting vermilion saplings at 'Sindoor Van' in honor of Operation Sindoor. The mission aims to increase green cover, improve air quality, combat urban heat, and boost biodiversity. The AMC is partnering with societies, schools, and NGOs to encourage community participation, especially during the monsoon. 01:2321 lakh ka tender bar nikala hai. Toh uuske anndar jo agency hai,

01:28usko plant lana hai, usko grow karna hai, 2 saal ka maintenance, humnne usne,

01:32usne include kiya hai. Usko paani dene ki jimnaydaari,

01:36uska rakshan ki jimnaydaari, woh sab unke uupar hai. Toh uuske aisa karke,

01:39us baar hum 40 lakh 4 million tri ki aage upar ja rahe hai.
