00:00Argentina's National Assembly approved the resolution that benefits the
00:04country's retirees and the labor sector in spite of budget cuts by President
00:09Javier Milley. On Wednesday deputies debated on a reform to improve the
00:14conditions of the working sector and the health crisis. However, the government
00:18warned that it will veto the excuse that there is not enough funding to face the
00:23country's decay. Earlier today while Congress was discussing its decision
00:34retirees in Argentina mobilized in front of the National Congress to express their
00:39disapproval of the neoliberal policies implemented by the administration of
00:43Javier Milley who seeks to criminalize protest in the country. Under police
00:48tension hundreds of pensioners gathered in front of the Congress to demand an
00:52increase in pensions, supplementary bonuses, and a price adjustment for medicines.
01:02Also on Wednesday and ten years after the historic day that marked the beginning of
01:08a feminist wave in Latin America, the movement called Neuna Menos mobilized
01:13with retirees Wednesday in front of Congress to protest Javier Milley's
01:17adjustment policies. The movement also urged the government to adopt policies
01:21against gender-based violence, the persecution of workers in soup kitchens and
01:26migrant women. Social organizations and trade unions also joined the
01:31demonstrations.
01:32In Venezuela, revolutionary forces celebrate the soaring in of the re-elected governor of the
01:44eastern state of Monagas, Ernesto Luna. Supported by the Secretary General of the United Socialist
01:50Party of Venezuela, Diosdado Cabello, the governor of the state reaffirmed the fulfillment of tasks
01:57to deepen the construction of a prosperous state. He also expressed his vision of turning
02:03Monagas into a model state with opportunities and economic growth.
02:07Likewise, Luna ratified his political idea to continue materializing the social
02:12achievements for the benefit of all the sectors.
02:22I swear before our people, before God, before my mother, my family, my wife, before all of
02:29you, to continue serving our people. To continue serving, to build nothing more and nothing less
02:36than the most prosperous and beautiful Monagas and that together we are building.
02:42That is why today is not only a swearing in ceremony, it is an act of commitment that we
02:48unite in our soul, in the depths of our being in every territory, to continue to work in all territories,
02:57in every street, in every school, in every village, in every urbanism, in every sector,
03:03visiting our people, listening to our people, to undertake the task that our eternal commander,
03:10Hugo Chavez, has entrusted to us and that our president, Nicolas Maduro Moros, has demanded
03:17of us, which is to work together with the people, hand in hand with the people, together with
03:24the organized communities, together with the popular sectors, together with the different
03:29social sectors of the social, economic and political life of the state.
03:35The Secretary General of the PSGV, Diosdado Cabello, highlighted the effort to win in Monagas
03:43under clear lines and rules of work for the benefit of the people.
03:50We have moved forward and we must say it on our own. The government and the people of Venezuela
03:59pushing that ship, Ernesto called Venezuela to move forward, working, with our effort, producing,
04:08under a line of clear rules of work and of all. And Monagas is fundamental. What doesn't Monagas have?
04:18In addition to all the natural wealth, it has an extraordinary people who work, who do not rest,
04:25who fight, it has a formidable women's movement, who are in the streets every day, and you,
04:32as governor, must add up. That three, four percent that did not vote come here, let's invite them.
04:40We have the arguments to talk to them, we are not going to fool them, we are going to talk to them clearly,
04:48and we have the means to prove it.
