00:06we finally made it we went a full week here without any action and we finally get back

00:11on the ice why don't we start a little tale of the tape for this look at these two teams 12 and

00:17five and 12 and four that means that they have smashed everybody on their way here in the

00:22playoffs they're both scoring around four goals a game they're both allowing uh 2 2 2 2 2 9 for

00:27florida 2 8 1 for Oilers uh the goal differential a little bit better on the Florida side power play

00:33a lot better on the Edmonton side both uh the Florida penalty kill a lot stronger than Edmonton's

00:39uh and the save percentage I know it looks ugly because there's an eight there but 905 ain't that

00:44far off from 895 look uh these teams are you know looking in the mirror uh I think they're they're

00:53dead ringers that's really the essence of why they're back in a you know back-to-back finals

01:00uh we saw it last year they're the two best teams in the NHL and I think they proved it

01:05this year by getting back and I have been since day one on the Edmonton Oilers to win the Stanley Cup

01:11of this season and um you know I'm not a fan of the team I'm a fan of uh betting on them

01:18I'm a fan of uh cashing tickets on them they win they cover uh they win on the road they win at home

01:27I mean they're they're even tougher at home to beat it seems like they're in another gear when they play

01:33at the Rogers place than when they're on the road but they win and look there's nothing that Gabe said

01:39that I haven't said or that I don't uh follow or agree with uh I it's just about everything he said

01:46right like we're on the same plane here with this team I think their uh time is now I thought last

01:54year they had the shot they blew it I think they really blew it by losing the first three games not

02:00by losing 2-1 in game seven they could have easily won that game seven you lose by a goal that's a

02:06heartbreaker but when you lose three straight and then win three straight you got to win that last game

02:11and finish it off and they didn't I think they got that taste in their mouth like we we had them

02:16right where we wanted them and blew it and now we got to beat them and I think they know they have to

02:21take advantage of these games in Edmonton to start it out and that includes tonight you heard Gabe

02:2675 percent of teams that win game one go on to win the cup I think tonight is enormous for the Oilers

02:30I will uh tell you what if the if the Panthers go out and win tonight I will uh start regretting my

02:38pick real fast uh because I think that uh if they lose tonight it's pretty obvious to me that uh the
