00:00Hi, my name is Bernard Bloodworth. I'm the General Manager at Bairn of Gate Hotel in Alec.

00:05So Bernard, the hotel is finally open. It's been a long wait. You must be delighted.

00:10Yeah, over the moon. It's been a long wait indeed.

00:15But we've got a real wonderful end to the story in terms of the hotel we've got now.

00:23And we're so proud. And the work that's gone in from all the estate side of the business through to the hotel team has been immense.

00:33But very, very proud of the product we've got now.
