We’re asking people around Cardiff if they think bills have finally started to come down, or whether it’s still as expensive as always. Would switching providers help or will it make little difference?

00:37I would say they're still going up more. Obviously, inflation's everywhere in the food prices and everything.
00:43But bills are definitely, definitely back-breaking.
00:46Obviously, I still live with my parents. I don't see the impact as much as people who are the main source of income for those bills.
00:54But I definitely see it when my mother's water bill, when her gas bill.
