00:49Sa draft resolution ni Sen. Bato de la Rosa na kaalyado ng mga Duterte na kasaading hindi pwedeng tumawid sa 20th Congress ang impeachment trial.
01:00Under the Constitution, ang trabaho ng Sen. is to hear, diba? And sa amin naman is to prosecute.
01:12So, hindi ko naiisip kung paano nila i-dismiss yan without first conducting the trial.
01:24And that is their constitutional mandate. Kung ito naman ay babaliwalain by mere resolution, tingin ko parang hindi naman maganda.
01:34They have to explain it to the people.
01:36Ayon kay impeachment prosecutor Joel Chua, nakatutok pa rin sila sa paghahanda para sa presentasyon ng articles of impeachment sa Senado sa June 11.
01:45Ang magbabasa ng articles of impeachment ayon kay Chua ay si impeachment prosecutor representative Jervie Luistro ng Batanga 2nd District.
01:57Ayon kay Luistro, hindi pwedeng ibasura ang impeachment complaint sa pamamagitan ng resolusyon lang ng Senado bago pa man mabuo ang impeachment court.
02:07Wala rin anyang binabanggit sa konstitusyon na pwedeng i-dismiss ang reklamo.
02:12Sabi ni impeachment prosecutor Jonathan Keith Flores ng Bukidnon 2nd District, pwede lang mag-acquit o mag-convict ang Senado pero kailangan muna magkaroon ng paglilitis.
