00:00I have to say this was a very interesting complaint, to say the least. The phrase that came to my mind was ingenuity and intelligence, or the lack thereof.
00:20Ingenuity, because you had a trial with this alleged victim, and the jury hung, and you allegedly made the decision to figure out a way to get rid of the one person that can guarantee finding you guilty of believed.
00:48And you decided, allegedly, to get rid of that person. But you didn't decide to kill that person, like Casa Soce. You decided to figure out a method to get that person deported, because you knew that person was an illegal alien.
01:10And you decided to write letters to the president, the attorney general, and the police chief in the name of that alleged victim to get that person arrested and potentially deported so he could not testify against you.
01:34That is the definition of ingenuity.
01:39But what was unintelligent was the fact that everything you did was recorded by telephone.
01:48Hence, you will be convicted, allegedly by your own words.
02:04That's a very interesting fact.
02:07That's a very interesting witness.
02:11If you were dead a man, you were dead.
