00:00Police are continuing to appeal for witnesses and information one week on from the incident in Water Street.
00:08Just after 6pm last Monday, the 26th of May, following reports a car had been in a collision with a number of pedestrians.
00:15As the Liverpool FC parade drew through a close, the number of people reported to have been injured currently stands at 109.
00:23Four people remain in hospital being treated for their injuries.
00:26Specialist officers are supporting the injured and their families and Medside Police have mutual aid officers from GMP, Cumbria, Lancashire, North Wales and Cheshire assisting them with their investigation.

00:46The force say they've had more than 500 submissions to the major incident police portal and a team of detectives are currently working through the information provided.

01:15Paul Desmond Sanders Doyle, 53 of Burke Hill Road, has been charged with two counts of unlawful and malicious wounding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm.
01:25Two counts of causing unlawful and malicious grievous bodily harm with intent to cause grievous bodily harm.
01:31Two counts of attempted unlawful and malicious grievous bodily harm with intent to cause grievous bodily harm.
01:36He's also been charged with one count of dangerous driving.
01:39He appeared at Liverpool Crown Court on Friday and has been remanded into custody.
