00:00Hello, my name is Jatula Masi and I am a queer woman from Sirian origin.
00:07I was born in Germany and now I live in Barcelona. I am a certified coach,
00:11expert in engineering design and creator of communities.
00:15The employees of all generations provide different perspectives to the work.
00:21When we promote inclusive and empathic, we support colleagues of all generations
00:26and we take advantage of the opportunity to learn one from the other.
00:30To keep an open and curious mind, the language, for example, has changed a lot in the last few years
00:37and, although we use different terms, sometimes we talk about the same thing.
00:41I would like to offer four practical tips.
00:451. Tell stories real and close.
00:482. Compartir experiences helps to understand from the human and not only from the conceptual.
00:542. Busca puntos en común desde valores compartidos, como el respeto, la empatía o la justicia.
01:01A veces el fondo del mensaje está alineado aunque la forma de expresarlo cambie.
01:063. Invita al diálogo sin juzgar, validando preguntas y reconociendo que todos estamos aprendiendo.
01:134. Propone acciones concretas de apoyo, como respetar los pronombres o apoyar eventos inclusivos.
01:205. La idea no es saberlo todo sino de aportar desde lo que se puede hacer.
