00:00Hi, my name is Dan Lucy. I'm the Chief Creative Officer and Co-CEO of Avast New York.
00:17I personally like to exercise as much as I can. I feel better when I can be physically
00:22active. I also pay attention. And when I'm feeling really burned out, I kind of make
00:29a note of it. And I try to create a situation where I can take some time and relax.
00:40If we are an organization that supports our employees in a way that we're there for them
00:46when they're struggling, just when we're there for them when they're winning, I think that
00:49is a real game changer. There is endless amount of pressure on this industry, and there will
00:53be places that put pressure on you. And we want to be the place that, although we're
00:56going to ask a lot of our employees, we're also there. And we also are a bit more caring
01:02and understanding and nurturing. The Avast Mind Series is a great way where we can all
01:10prioritize our mental health. There's incredible tools and information on Avast Minds, and
01:15it only takes about 40 minutes. When you're struggling with mental health issues, you
01:25must be comfortable talking about it. You have an organization, a culture that supports
