00:00We've got some of the biggest merchandisers and bulky good shops in New South Wales.

00:18All up it'll be about an 85 acre site, something like $300 million worth of stores on it.

00:28And this is actually going to ensure that Bathurst is being set up for the future.

00:32But these are jobs that are going to be created here on this particular site.

00:36We're going to see 5,000 direct jobs and up to another 25,000 indirect jobs.

00:42When you have a look at this there are companies and there are businesses that are relocating on this particular site.

00:47We've got Beacon Lighting who are going to have the largest store here in New South Wales.

00:53Harvey Norman are setting up and it's going to be their largest store in regional New South Wales.

00:57You've got Snooze, you've got Officeworks, you've got Rebel.

01:01All coming here to this particular precinct.

01:04This is exciting because this is about jobs of the future.

01:07And as you can see, the owners of the site have dreamt big.

01:12And now we're seeing big businesses coming here to the area for the region.
