Elon Musk’s AI venture xAI has reportedly agreed to pay Telegram $300 million to integrate its Grok chatbot, according to Telegram CEO Pavel Durov. The deal, announced Wednesday, includes a yearlong partnership and 50% revenue share from xAI subscriptions sold on the platform. Durov said he and Musk agreed to a one-year partnership to boost Telegram’s financial stability. Musk later stated on X that no agreement has been signed but offered no additional details. In March, Musk announced xAI merged with X in a deal valuing xAI at $80 billion and X at $33 billion.
