00:34He also led the arrest of televangelist Apolo Kibuloy for charges of sexual abuse and human trafficking.
00:40Torre is the first PNP chief to have graduated from the Philippine National Police Academy.
00:45Previous police chiefs were graduates of the Philippine Military Academy.
