00:00here. NHL hockey, the Carolina
00:02Hurricanes showing some life.
00:04Of course, they beat the Panthers the other night.
00:05They're down 3-1. And we've
00:07seen in the past the Panthers
00:09have had an inability
00:12of closing series out.
00:14You know what I mean? Like, the Panthers have played in two
00:15consecutive Stanley Cup finals, and
00:18you know, they're the big bad bullies of
00:19the NHL right now. You think, oh, you know,
00:22they have the killer instinct. They
00:23actually don't. They actually
00:25don't. I mean, look at the Edmonton Oilers series
00:28last year. They were up three games to none. The Oilers
00:29nearly came back and won the freaking series.
00:32Right? They sent it to
00:33seven. The Leafs sent it to seven.
00:36We've seen this before
00:37over the years. Like, with the Boston
00:39Bruins. They played the Bruins a bunch of times where
00:41they came back on the Bruins.
00:43They blew the lead on the Bruins.
00:45Like, the Panthers can be a streaky
00:47team, as good as they are. They can be vulnerable
00:50at times in these short
00:52sort of pockets, right?
00:53Where it's like, wow, they just lost three in a row in the playoffs.
00:55But they always sort of find a way to get out of
00:57trouble.
