00:00I'm just jumping on to give a quick update. I went in for my prostate operation about 12 o'clock
00:11yesterday and it's about 24 hours later now. The doctor came in this morning and said everything
00:19went really well. She was really happy with it so that's good. No dramas at all. All day today I've
00:27had no pain issues whatsoever. It's been really good. I've got the cafe changed over to a smaller one
00:36so I'll be up and about pretty soon. They're going to come back soon and get me up and get me music,
00:43have a shower. So just wanted to say thanks for all the support and we're on the up and up.
