00:07So I still think it's political, I really don't care what people say or think.

00:12I know I'm one of the best in the league, everybody else does know it.

00:20What do you think it would do that you were able to stack another year like you

00:28I was a little frustrated, but he had a crazy ass year, so I can't really be mad, you know?

00:39What are your thoughts on Craig Hendrickson and how much are you paying attention to it

00:46Yeah, I hope he gets his deal done.

00:53He an amazing player, man.

00:55I mean, everybody sees it.

00:57We all see what he does to this team, the energy he brought back the day he came in.

01:02I mean, we all know he deserves it.

01:05But, you know, as long as he handles himself like a pro and just take care of his business,

01:08then, you know, I can't really tell him what to do.

01:10What's the hardest part about that whole process when you're having to handle the business part of it,

01:23that maybe we don't realize, fans don't realize, that y'all have to kind of deal with as you go through that whole process?

01:28I think y'all don't know nothing about what's going on until it comes out.

01:32I think the media just be trying to find key notes.

01:35Maybe y'all got inside sources that's telling y'all key notes, you know?

01:39But is that maybe the thing that, how does that maybe affect the way that he plays it?

01:43I don't think it affects nothing.

01:47The only thing that affects the player, I wouldn't say the organization, but the business of the process.

02:03Is that something that's comfortable for you now, being a leader in this room?

02:06I always looked at myself as a leader, not verbally, but through my actions.

02:14I hold people accountable.

02:16I speak up if I have to, but it's a little more, I want to say obvious, that I have to be a captain this year.

02:24I'm doing with the deal and stuff, but I still play my role.
