00:21For example, in the area of technological advancement, in the area of microchips semiconductors.

00:27You have seen that in the Middle East itself, the GCC, they are voting very, very fast ahead.

00:33They've got very good infrastructure in moving towards this particular line.

00:37Malaysia, for example, at the centre of it, together with ASEAN, has always been known to be one of the hubs concerning the,

00:44well, in this case, more of the back end rather than the front end.

00:48But it's fast-developing as well.

00:50That is one area of great convergence where they can go together.
