00:00My name is Job. Today, I want to share with you a story.
00:04It's a story of great blessings, unimaginable loss, deep suffering, and ultimately, profound faith and restoration.
00:12Many know me from ancient times, but my story holds timeless lessons for anyone facing hardship.
00:17If you feel overwhelmed or abandoned, listen closely, because my journey might just inspire you to hold on.
00:24I lived in a land called Ouse. I was a man blessed beyond measure.
00:28I had a large family, ten children, who filled my home with laughter and life.
00:33I owned vast herds of cattle, sheep, and camels, and my wealth was known far and wide.
00:39I was respected in my community. But most importantly, I was a man who feared God and stayed true to my values.
00:46I offered prayers and sacrifices daily, always seeking to honor the divine in my life.
00:51My life was peaceful. My heart was full. I was secure, or so I thought.
00:56But life, has a way of humbling even the strongest. One day, everything changed.
01:02First, a messenger came with terrible news, my oxen and donkeys were stolen, and my servants were killed.
01:09Then another came, saying my sheep had been destroyed by fire.
01:12Soon after, a third brought word that my camels were taken.
01:16Finally, the worst news arrived. My children had been killed in a tragic accident during a feast.
01:21In one moment, I was stripped of everything, my wealth, my family, my security gone.
01:27But even then, I did not curse God. Instead, I bowed my head and said,
01:33The Lord gave, and the Lord has taken away, blessed be the name of the Lord.
01:37As if loss was not enough, my health began to fail, pain covered my body.
01:41My skin burned, sores plagued me, and my strength waned.
01:46Sitting in ashes, scraping my wounds with broken pottery, I was a shell of the man I once was.
01:51In this dark place, my wife said to me, Why do you still hold on to your faith?
01:56Curse God and die.
01:58But I told her, Shall we accept good from God, and not trouble?
02:02Three friends came to visit me.
02:04At first, their presence was comforting.
02:06But soon, their words cut deeper than my pain.
02:08They told me my suffering must be punishment for hidden sins.
02:13They insisted that if I would confess and repent, my health and fortune would be restored.
02:18I knew I was innocent, yet I wrestled with doubts and despair.
02:22Was I being tested?
02:23Was there a purpose to this suffering?
02:25I cried out to God, demanding answers.
02:28Finally, God spoke, not with the answers I wanted,
02:31but with questions that revealed the vastness of His wisdom.
02:34Where were you when I laid the foundations of the earth,
02:37who decided its measurements?
02:39Have you commanded the morning or walked with the dawn?
02:42God's words humbled me.
02:44They reminded me that human understanding is limited,
02:47and faith requires trust beyond comprehension.
02:50After my trials, God restored my fortunes twice over.
02:54I was blessed with new children, new wealth, and a new life,
02:58but the true restoration was inside me.
03:00I was changed, more patient, more humble, more faithful.
03:04I learned that suffering is not the end but can be a path to greater strength and understanding.
03:10Life will test you, but your faith can carry you through.
03:14Wealth, health, and even family are blessings, not guarantees.
03:19True strength is shown not when all is well but when all seems lost.
03:23Don't let others' judgments shake your belief in yourself.
03:26Trust in a greater plan, even when it's unseen.
03:29Maybe you are walking through your own storm right now.
03:33Maybe you feel lost, broken, or alone.
03:36Remember my story.
03:37You are stronger than your pain.
03:39Your suffering can bring growth.
03:41Hold on to your faith.
03:43And when the storm passes, you will find a new beginning.
03:45A new beginning.
03:58你可以 active.
04:00.
04:01Every beginning.
04:03Every beginning.
04:04You will find a new friend.
04:09How will you lack relief?
04:09You will find a new type of fear.
04:11I wake up to your faith.
04:12I wake up to my mother.
