Bei "geschicktem Vorgehen" könnten sich allerdings auch neue Chancen für die europäische Wirtschaft auftun, und der Euro könnte künftig eine größere Rolle auf der internationalen Bühne spielen, sagte Lagarde in einer Rede an der Hertie School in Berlin.
