I thank my colleagues. As you all know, we came in for a lot of criticism for the Rules Committee

meeting at 1 a.m. in the morning, but we needed to do that in order for us to be right here

this morning getting this done. And I want to thank the speaker for all the work that he has

done. I've told him I'm going to nominate him for sainthood because he now has done many miracles.

He's here as speaker. But he, working together with President Trump and all of my colleagues,
