'What A Great Day': Randy Weber Celebrates After House Passes The Big Beautiful Bill

In a video posted on social media Thursday, Rep. Randy Weber (R-TX) spoke about the Big Beautiful Bill, which passed the House of Representatives.

00:00Okay, friends, what a great day it is.

00:04We just passed the one big, beautiful bill.

00:07It's a new morning in America, as Ronald Reagan used to like to say.

00:12Our friends across the aisle want to accuse us of taking away all kinds of

00:17benefits and it's like the sky is falling, the sky is falling.

00:21The friends across the aisle have lost their minds.

00:23And so it's waste, fraud, and abuse.

00:28That's what we focused on.

00:30We're not cutting Medicaid for people who deserve it and are on it correctly.

00:34We're not getting Social Security, we're not getting any of those things.

00:38But Mr. President is right on track with everything.

00:42We are on the right road to get control of our spending.

00:46This is the first step.

00:47Hopefully the Senate will come in and right behind us and do the same thing.

00:52So keep your fingers crossed, folks.

00:54This is a great day in America.

00:56We are all over cutting waste, fraud, and abuse.

00:59That's as simple as it can get.
