00:27tonight. How does it feel to win? Honestly, that was a tough category and some big names in there and
00:34some great people deserving to be shortlisted so I did not expect it so I'm over the moon.
00:40So it's Gabriel John from Gaitley Bindam. I'm an apprentice scientist. Fantastic and you've just won our
00:45apprentice of the year awards. How does it feel to win? Yeah, absolutely delighted. Didn't expect
00:51from where I've kind of started about three and a half years ago. I thought to be here and obviously
00:57to win this award is quite surreal but I've kind of grown into the role. I've got a lot of experience
01:05the past year, leading on projects, doing charity work. So I've taken more responsibilities so it's
01:12been a big year and uni studies have gone well as well so it's just been a successful year really.
01:17Hi, I'm Farah Sargent from WMIW. And you've been crowned our winner tonight so how does it feel to
01:22win? Honestly, I'm so happy. I didn't think it would happen. I've been cheering everyone on so
01:26I'm super ecstatic I won. Thank you. And you founded your own company. So what's the company and what
01:31sort of sectors are you working in? So we're a creative agency. We're a really broad sector but
01:36we've been very lucky to dominate most property sector and major clients in the city. So if you see a
01:42high rise it's most likely that I did the marketing if not created the brand then I've helped advertise
01:48and bring on leads. Fantastic. And what can we expect to see next from you? Any big projects in
01:54the pipeline? Absolutely, very exciting. I can't tell at all but we've got some high brands and
01:59we've also got a big name such as Boohoo so some product marketing and then also some secret work for
02:06America with one of my clients. So I'm James Leifway. I'm co-founder of FuelHub. I'm currently the
02:13Chief Operating Officer. And you've won one of our new categories this year so Young Manufacturer of
02:18the Year. How does it feel to win? Yeah it feels great. It feels really special. FuelHub's coming
02:23up six years since we founded the business me and my wife and it's been a hell of a journey. A lot has
02:29gone into it, a lot of time, a lot of sacrifice so to be rewarded for that is amazing. It's been a big
02:36year. We've seen massive growth, around 100% growth in the business over the last 12 months. We've made
02:42lots of key hires and we've employed a lot of new staff into the business to try and help grow that.
02:48The manufacturing site has just continued to grow. We're actually looking to scale further this year
02:52and move to a new facility. So I've learned a lot of lessons along the way on the journey and
02:59hopefully it continues to grow and we have another big year. So I'm Ollie Chadwick. I've just won the
03:05Young Property Professional of the Year for OBI and it's been great. Fantastic and how's it feel to win?
03:14Amazing. Honestly I couldn't, I came here thinking you know I was not going to get the opportunity and
03:21it was just great to get my name called out in the end. So I started in 2019. I've been there for the last
03:28like six, seven years. It's been an amazing opportunity given to me. I've learnt from the best
03:38in the business and it's just been unbelievable. So I think yeah, alongside doing university and
03:45everything but working at OBI has been a great opportunity for me. You guys have just won our
03:50team of the year awards. How does it feel to win? Amazing. Unexpected as well. There's a lot of
03:56other good candidates in the mix but yeah, thrilled to become winners at the end of it.
04:01Yeah 2024 was our best year ever as an office. We did over six million in fees
04:08and yeah hopefully onwards and upwards. Amazing and what's coming next from Benchmark? What should
04:12we be looking out for? I think more of the same. We've proved we can deal with the most challenging
04:17deals. We've had a tough first quarter but you know things are picking up now. We've got a good
04:22pipeline for the rest of the year so yeah just just you know use our expertise yeah and get some
04:29deals over the line. Oh brilliant. Well I hope you've got lots of good plans for celebrating tonight.
