00:00So we're going to take the Coloplast off my Caesar wound now. We sort of

00:05forgot about it to be honest but you're supposed to take it off how many days

00:08that are 10 to 12? About 10 to 14 days after. 10 to 14 days after the Caesar so

00:13it's been on this whole time showered with it everything. It hasn't given me

00:17much problems at all but last night with the heat it was starting to get really

00:21itchy and that's when I really remembered it so we're going to take it off now.

00:24It's not much to it but it's just basically like a big band-aid. Oh I'm a bit

00:27nervous though. I'm just going to put tension against the skin. Once again it's

00:32just a big band-aid for tension against the skin. Oh that does hit against the skin.

00:37Yes you take off. You can see there the cesarean section lines healing extremely well.

00:44Oh is that against my skin not the wound? It's all fine okay. Oh it's all good. That looks very clean and good.

00:51There you go. Nice and clean. So I wouldn't recommend doing kickboxing or

00:56doing 50 kilo weight lifts at the moment but otherwise it's been very good.

01:01Is it looking all right? You can certainly start to shower without it on and you can

01:04bath and it's all good. Okay thank you. Okay you can sit up too. Okay.

01:11That actually really hurt getting the tape off.

01:14Um I mean look it wasn't too bad. I was probably being a bit of a wuss but it

01:17hurts against your skin. It's like I guess having sticky tape against a tender part

01:22of your skin. But anyway it's off now so that's good and apparently the wound is

01:25looking really good so that's fine. But no actually a word of warning for anyone

01:29who's had a caesar and you have to get the tape off it does actually hurt.
