The Market Online speaks with Realbotix CEO Andew Kiguel as TOP GAINER OF THE WEEK - Realbotix.
Transcript
00:00Welcome to The Watchlist. I'm Lindsay Melchick. RealBotics, a leader in AI-powered humanoid
00:10robotics, is pleased to announce a new collaboration with Tix4 Inc. and Halo.ai. And they are
00:18actually set to showcase their AI-powered customer service robots. Here with us to teach
00:23us more about this is Andrew Kegel, CEO of RealBotics. Welcome, Andrew. This is some exciting
00:28news. Yeah, thanks for having me on. Well, pardon me. Let's actually start with just a little tiny
00:36bit high-level elevator pitch. What does the company do exactly? So we make and manufacture
00:42humanoid robots, so full-size humanoid robots that look very realistic. And they are used for
00:50things such as companionship, entertainment, and customer service. And we are one of the only
00:55companies making these types of robots in the world. Wow. I mean, right off the bat, I'm already
01:02intrigued. If we can flip over to, obviously, your stock gains, then RealBotics. I mean, you've seen
01:08a notable uptick in your stock price recently. So, you know, to what extent, actually, do you actually
01:15attribute this momentum to market fundamentals versus speculative interest? Well, I think, for one,
01:21the first time anybody saw our products was this year at the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas.
01:28And we had an overwhelming response. Over 4 billion media hits, various viral videos from YouTubers
01:34getting, you know, 5 to 20 million views. And I think people recognize that, hey, this company is
01:40working on something that is very unique with a huge market. And so I think that, along with sort of us
01:46continuing to announce news, new collaborations, new partnerships has gotten us some more interest
01:51lately. Okay. So I really want to know then, you know, what's next? You have, you know, more stuff
01:57coming out in the coming weeks. So, you know, give us a little bit of an insight on that.
02:02Well, next week is going to be really interesting. So the Bitcoin conference, which is about 30,000
02:07people, is being held in Las Vegas at the Venetian Hotel. What we're going to have, there's two full-sized
02:14humanoid robots, AI powered, that will be interacting with guests. And so they'll be able
02:20to provide information such as what booth is this company located at? And our other one that's
02:26collaborating with Tix4 is actually going to be able to provide people with information on various
02:33events happening in Las Vegas. So you might say, I'd like to go to Cirque du Soleil tonight. How much
02:39are the tickets? What seats are available? What time does it start? Where is it located? And it
02:44will even be able to process a ticket purchase for you. This is phenomenal. I mean, I'm going
02:49to book my ticket right now for sure. So, you know, there's definitely more updates, definitely
02:54coming down the pipeline. And I would love to have you back just to talk about that a little
02:58bit further. Andrew, thank you so much for joining us today. You're very welcome. Again,
03:03that was Andrew Kiegel, CEO of Realbotics. Jump over to their website right away. It's at
03:09realbotics.com for more information. Get over to Vegas to go and see this live and in person.
03:15And if you have any other information, definitely reach out to Andrew yourself right from the
03:18website. I'm Lindsay Melchick. We will see you next time.
