00:23Et, you know, I felt like there were all these different realities and characters that I had to build.
00:30And it felt meta and confusing at times, for sure.
00:33And so fun. Such a cool challenge.
00:36Did that make you feel also nostalgic to the likeness of the shooting of Breathless ?
00:43Yeah, I've made movies like that. It's fun.
00:45I mean, every film has its own unique set of challenges and unique gifts that come with those challenges, right ?
00:51That's why so much of art and filmmaking is a metaphor for life, right ?
00:56You want to look at the glass half-full or half-empty.
00:59Or sometimes the thing that is the thorn actually ends up being the rose.
01:03And sometimes the thing that looks like the rose ends up being the thorn.
01:06And yeah, being able to shoot with a small crew, a guerrilla-style crew when you're out.
01:11I filmed on Hollywood Boulevard with, you know, just the DP who was on his phone and no one knew.
01:16And me and the actor were in character the whole time and no one knew around us.
01:19And we filmed, you know, and then there was a camera guy across the street.
01:23And it was so fun.
01:24So freeing.
01:25If you could play a scene with an actor or an actress on the bus, that is dead and that you would have.
01:34Paul Newman, Paul Newman.
01:36I love Paul Newman.
01:37Who doesn't?
01:38Catherine Hepburn, Cary Grant.
01:40And the director.
01:42I do have a slight obsession with Truffaut.
01:44I have a, I have an, I know, I know the conflict, but they were, they loved each other at the beginning.
01:48And I know, I know, I don't want to get in trouble with Godard.
