00:11Ang unang sinerve sa amin is itong bangus kilawin.
00:13I've never tried any kind of kilawin before, kaya this dish is really new to my taste.
00:17Very strong yung asim and very tender din yung fish.
00:20Maninibago ka talaga at first, I think, if di ka personally mahiling sa maasim,
00:22but kapag nasana, ay okay rin naman.
00:24Next naman, we tried itong kanilang fried okoy.
00:26And girl, this is probably the best okoy I've tasted in my whole life.
00:30Very crispy, very savory, just exactly how I like my usual okoy,
00:33but this is really a level up, especially with the pistachio pesto, which makes it incredibly unique.
00:381 million over 10, would definitely recommend, and I think hindi nang recipe.
00:41For the drinks, I had their watermelon shake.
00:43Yes, guys, watermelon yan, and that was really, really sweet and refreshing.
00:47The sweetest watermelon shake I've tasted in a while talaga, sure na.
00:51Next, we had a refresher called Minsami Freddo.
00:53It was my first time trying a palate dancer that's literally cold, cold.
00:56I can't quite discard the taste, but it felt super cool, light, and seriously, very, very refreshing talaga.
01:01Next naman, we tried their igado along with their rice and cabbage.

01:06Ganon, pero the luxe version to the highest level.
01:08It's smoky, it's sweet, very unique, pero hindi nakakaumay.

01:21For the dessert, we had these lemon squares na isa pang hindi ko ma-figure out ang lasa.
01:25At first, maasim, then tatamis, and towards the end, maalat.
01:28Definitely a burst of flavor in one bite talaga siya and not your typical dessert.
01:32Kahit ilang beses ko'ng tikman, hindi ko talaga ma-gets what made it so unique.
01:35So we asked the chef and figured out that the caramel is mixed with patis pala.
