00:00Hi Popsters! This is Ali and I'm with Sir Bernie. Today, we're here in Binala, Laguna to try Virginia's Heritage Pancit Cuisine.
00:06As you enter the place, you can already feel the vibe. It's clean, minimalist, and very homey. But of course, we're here for the food, so let's go!
00:13Virginia serves Filipino dishes with their own twists. And today, we're trying some of their best-selling items.
00:19We're starting sa kanilang ipinagmamalaking crispy palabok.
00:21Unlike the usual palabok, this one's noodles are fried, giving them a chewy texture and a unique bite.
00:26The sauce is well-balanced and the seafood flavor stands out, which, as a seafood lover, I really enjoy.
00:32Next is their Pancit Cisig. Imagine two Filipino favorites in one plate.
00:35This one combines a hint of sweetness and umami, paired with the kick of cisig, the crunch of vegetables, and a squeeze of calamity for extra brightness.
00:42Now we have their Garlic Pork Adobo. This version has a nice balance of sweet and savory flavors with a pleasant umami from the toasted garlic on top.
00:50The meat is tender and easy to enjoy. A must-try for both garlic and adobo fans.
00:54Next is their Pork Ribs. This dish is rich and flavorful, blending sweet and meldy spicy notes with a subtle hint of liver spread that adds depth.

01:04For dessert, we had their Dulce de Leche Cucenta. Soft, chewy, and lightly sweet. It's a simple treat that leaves you wanting another bite.
01:10Lastly, we tried their Dulce de Leche Halo-Halo, which is creamy but not overly sweet. Perfect for those who love desserts pero hindi mahilig sa matatamis.
