00:00Charles was amazing. I've never seen anyone deliver such humorous content but
00:13in such a motivational impactful way. The entire time I looked around people were
00:17laughing, had smiles on their face and you could tell they took a meaningful
00:20message away. Charles was very motivational and inspiring to the team. The
00:24branch managers really loved him and I think we will be having him back again.
00:27I enjoyed it. It was very, very entertaining. Charles was fantastic. I had
00:32people come to me during the break and just complimenting him and the topics
00:37that he talked about really hit home. We're so happy to have had him and gained a
00:42little bit of knowledge and got lots of laughs so it was wonderful.
