00:21reaction that he really, really enjoyed. Mr. Marshall did a wonderful job of
00:25keeping our staff engaged and laughing the whole time. Charles did an outstanding
00:28job of entertaining us while leaving us with a positive message. Oh we had a
00:32great day with Charles. He really engaged the crowd and we had such a great time.
