00:00Well, as we are doing the show, the trial of Diddy is going on right now, and there are new exhibits that are being entered by the hour, and we just got a big dump of a bunch of these photos.
00:13A huge dump.
00:13A lot of these photos, and some of them are hard to see, just because we know what Cassie has said about the domestic violence.
00:24We've seen the hotel beating tape.
00:27So some of the exhibits you just saw, that was one of them, where it shows a cut.
00:33We don't know the timing of when this, what that injury is from exactly.
00:37And you should understand, the way this works in court, because there are people in the courtroom, in the gallery, the media, but oftentimes what the lawyers will do is, say, Your Honor, I want to introduce Exhibit 4B or whatever, and they don't even, they don't show it to the audience, they just give it to the jury.
00:56So these are clearly bruises from Cassie that the jury has seen from various attacks, and the jury knows what they're connected to, but they don't do paint by the numbers in court.
01:11So, again, a lot of pictures of various people.
01:16This is Cassie wearing sunglasses.
01:18Sunglasses, but look at her lip is clearly swollen.
01:20Her lip is busted, or swollen, and clearly she's hiding something on her eye.
01:25You can see in her right eye.
01:27Which, by the way, Dawn Rashard, I don't know if this is the one she's talking about, but she testified about an event they went to in Central Park where Cassie had to wear sunglasses to cover up a black eye.
01:37Now, there are also a lot of exhibits that were entered that showed what they found in the hotel room when Diddy was arrested at the park.
01:47Parker Meriddy.
01:47Right.
01:47You see drugs.
01:48You see baby oil.
01:49Baby oil.
01:50You know, guys, out of all these exhibits that we're seeing, the awful photos of Cassie's injuries and the way she would try to cover them up,
01:56for some reason, the one that stuck out most to me was how she testified about having to put a knife in her door.
02:03So, you can see there's a big butcher knife that she said she would put there so he wouldn't break in, but also so she had easy access for a weapon.
02:14So, it just really paints the picture of how scared she really was for her life.
02:17Yeah.
02:18Now, again, you've got to remember, this is not a domestic violence case, and the prosecution needs to be careful not to put so much in the way of domestic violence that when they go in—
02:35It seems like that's all you've presented.
02:36That's right.
02:37And you go into the jury deliberation room, and then somebody says, wait a minute, guys, this is not a domestic violence case, and they're so focused—
02:44Well, again, as we said earlier, this is just—Lisa Bloom said it perfectly, that this is—they're painting the picture, right?
02:51And this is—domestic violence is part of it.
02:54It's not what he's charged for, but I would imagine the reason that they're presenting all of it is it's going to lead to here are the people who helped him systematically carry this out.
03:06Yeah, and, you know, again, there's a big question on whether racketeering, if this is a classic racketeering case, and whether the jury is going to buy that element.
03:17I think it's really—
03:18Can we go back to the shot of the drugs, the pink—I don't know if it's pink cocaine or what they call it, but I'm wondering what the bottle, what the prescription was for.
03:27Is that a pill?
03:28That's a pill, isn't it?
03:29Yeah, there's a pill there.
03:30One of the prescription bottles, you can clearly see that it is called clonazepam, which is also known as clonopin.
03:37So that's actually used in people to treat panic attacks.
03:41Right.
03:42But obviously, you know, he was—
03:44It can recreationally be used otherwise.
03:45Yeah, recreationally.
03:46Well, you've got to remember, when he went to the Parker Meridian before the arrest, he knew this arrest was coming.
03:53Right.
03:53In fact, that's why he was in New York.
03:54That's why he went, right.
03:55So that is probably—look, I'm guessing it's an anti-anxiety drug for him.
04:02What about the pink cocaine?
04:03That seems more recreational to me.
04:06That seems more recreational to me.
04:08I'm not sure how you make that out to be clinical.
04:10Solid point.
04:12Solid point.
04:13Hi, I'm Darren from NYC.
04:15Cassie's injuries are really, really horrific and heartbreaking.
04:18It just goes to show the abuse and violence that she suffered.
04:22And if the jury was on the fence about him, these photos are probably going to seal his fate, in my opinion.
04:27The public does not like violence against women at all.
04:30Yeah, that's undeniable.
04:31The issue is, he's not being tried for that.
