00:00I have a secret to making the most delicious and easy for cheese ravioli.

00:12I'm just going to mix this all together.

00:15I'm going to use the rind of a lemon.

00:19I have one potsticker here, and I'm going to brush the entire thing with a little bit

00:23of beaten egg.

00:24I'm going to take some of my filling, not too much.

00:28I'm going to take another potsticker, place it over, and just mash down, getting rid of

00:35any air inside, and then gently dip your gorgeous little ravioli into that boiling water.

00:44I'm using a slotted spoon to gently get them out.

00:49So the pasta is cooked al dente, so it's got that delicious chewiness about it and that

00:55creamy cheese filling.

00:59And nobody has to know that it was semi-homemade.
