On Sunday, FBI officials and Palm Springs law enforcement held a press briefing to provide updates on the explosion that occurred outside a fertility clinic on Saturday.

00:00Good morning. As Chief Mills said, my name is Akil Davis, the assistant director in charge of the FBI's Los Angeles Field Office.

00:08I'd like to begin by thanking the public, as well as members of the media, for your patience as we continue through this lengthy investigation.

00:17I'd like to start off by saying, due to the speed and professionalism of the Palm Springs Fire Department, Station 1,

00:24the Palm Springs Police Department, as well as the FBI bomb technicians, we were able to save all of the embryos at this facility.

00:34Good guys 1, bad guys 0.

00:37They understood the sensitivity and the precious nature of what was inside,

00:41and they took extreme care to ensure that there was no loss of any sensitive material.

00:47Again, I want to thank all the partners that have arrived here in Palm Springs to help us investigate this scene
