Sunny Sunday for Distinguished Gentleman's Ride from Tenby harbour

Glorious seaside weather was enjoyed by dapper fundraisers today in Tenby, as participants set off for the annual ‘Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride’ in Pembrokeshire.
The fundraising event started at Tenby Harbour on one of the best days for biking across the county, with classic and vintage style motorcycles on display.
Those taking part dressed dapperly then rode out past Tenby’s historical town walls, to head out to Cresswell Quay, to help raise funds and awareness for men’s mental health and Prostate Cancer Research.
Mary Adams of Narberth and Whitland Rotary, who once again joined the ride in the sidecar with her husband Huw, said: “Fantastic day on the Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride - sun shining equals everyone happy and riding dapper!”
Huw remarked: “I have done this for the last 10 years in memory of my dad who had Prostate Cancer. Also for the men out there who are suffering in silence with Mental Health - two excellent causes which make this motorcycle ride special.”
Actor, motorcycling enthusiast and Tenby town councillor Charles Dale was one of those that put on his fundraising hat on Sunday - a day before he begins a 30-day, 2,500-mile ride, stopping at 100 motorbike cafés to raise awareness and funds for Brain Tumour Research and Headway - the brain injury association.
‘Shaun’s TT 100’ is dedicated to Charles’ late friend Shaun, and will honour his memory with every mile.
