00:00When did this anxiety start for you?
00:03Me and the girls went to Vegas
00:06and I took something.
00:12Not anything bad. It was literally just an over-the-counter shot.
00:16And it was, like, five times the amount of caffeine
00:19and it'll give you energy boost.
00:21Like, I honestly thought I was having a heart attack
00:23from whatever was in there.
00:25And then I ended up pacing around my room,
00:27like, having panic attacks, ended up in hospital.
00:29They put me on a drip.
00:30And then they tried to, like, get out of my system
00:32because my heart rate was so high.
00:35It was so scary.
00:37And then when I flew home, after that incident,
00:40I just kept having them, like, again and again.
00:43Like, they just kept coming back.
00:44So it's like that triggered it off.
00:46Yeah, so that was the trigger.
00:47So even though through life I've probably been through so much stuff,
00:50I've obviously just been dealing with it
00:52and, like, maybe burying it a lot.
00:53And then that was just, like, it just erupted.
00:55And from that point on, my anxiety was, like, through the roof.
00:58It was, like, through the roof.
00:59It was just, like, through the roof.
