00:06interim orders and we are managing, ISKCON Bangalore is managing the ISKCON, Grand ISKCON Temple in
00:14Bangalore, the Vrindavan Chandrodaya Mandir in Vrindavan and Akshay Patra Foundation which is
00:21today feeding over 22 lakh children every day. All this is being continued in the last 25 years
00:28by the ISKCON Bangalore group of devotees. So today the Supreme Court has, they try to claim
00:38the property of ISKCON Bangalore who ISKCON Bombay so that we can be, unless we change our faith
00:48they will throw us out. Now this has reversed, the Supreme Court has held that the Bangalore
00:55registered ISKCON society is the owner of the Bangalore temple and they are restrained from
01:02interfering with the management and affairs of the ISKCON Bangalore society.
01:08Today it is a very important and historic decision by the Supreme Court because ultimately the
01:16real issue was a theological issue. There were two groups, one was following Srila Prabhupada
01:22as a guru, other one was following Srila Prabhupada through a guru, through a living guru. So that
01:31and ultimately that issue boiled down to a property dispute because we are the people who are
01:38actually managing ISKCON Bangalore who has an ideology saying that this particular, only the
01:45Diksha and Siksha guru is Srila Prabhupada. So ultimately the other group wanted to oust us out.
01:52He said, they say, okay you just go from here, we just want to take over this property. So they tried to threaten us. So therefore
01:59they scorned plenty society, they filed a suit before the trial court and then we sought the possession of
02:07the declaration and the injunction. And then ultimately that matter to the, we won before the trial court. Then in the high court we lost and then in the Supreme Court
02:19now today we have won. Ultimately the Supreme Court, finding a Supreme Court before is that this particular property,
02:26if you're saying this property is yours or whose, that belongs to whom? So ultimately the Supreme Court has
02:31find out that this property belongs to only to the society which is registered under the Karnataka society's
02:37ratio net.
02:38Marked judgment by the Honorable Supreme Court. Supreme Court has basically laid down in a nutshell
02:42that the property of Iskorn Bangalore, which is situated in Karnataka, specifically west with Iskorn Bangalore registered society.
02:53And the dispute arose because of an ideological difference between the Iskorn Bombay movement, which claims to be the main Iskorn across the world.
03:05And which says that the, all the temples across, of Iskorn across the world belongs to them. When that dispute started,
03:14today the Supreme Court has rested the issue by specifically denying the claims of Iskorn Bombay and said that Iskorn Bangalore property
03:23west only and only with Iskorn Bangalore and its followers. And this is an ideological victory and not a property dispute
03:30victory because the ideological victory is what the true spirit, true letter and spirit of the teachings of
03:37Shrili Prabhupada have been upheld by the Supreme Court today.
