In this video I introduce myself to anyone interested in psychotherapy
Transcript
00:00Hi, I'm Dr. Mitchell Roth. Most people just call me Dr. Mitch. I'm a licensed mental health
00:07counselor in Florida and a licensed professional counselor in Georgia, and I welcome inquiries
00:13from individuals in either state. As someone in my post-retirement years, I've seen and
00:19experienced a great deal. I love the work that I do, and I plan to continue doing it for as long
00:25as I can. My approach to therapy is pragmatic and grounded. I bring a wide range of tools to the
00:31table tailored to the individual needs of each person I work with. I work with men and women
00:37ages 16 to 95 who are looking to better adapt to the challenges of their lives. When I begin working
00:44with the client, my focus is on understanding what matters most to them, what they truly want to
00:50achieve, and then helping them get there as efficiently as possible. Even after our work
00:56together is complete, I remain available should the need arise. My door stays open as long as I
01:02am in practice. I especially enjoy working with couples and individuals navigating any form of
01:08addiction. I believe there's nothing inherently wrong with my clients. They're simply trying to
01:14adapt to life using strategies that may have worked in the past, but are no longer serving
01:20them today. If this resonates with you, I look forward to meeting. I'm Dr. Mitch.
