00:00The government will expand selling of 20 pesos per kilo rice in more provinces outside Metro Manila starting tomorrow.
00:07According to the Department of Agriculture, or DA, a total of 32 kadiwa centers are set to offer the 20 pesos per kilo rice in Bulacan, Cavite, Mindoro, and Rizal.
00:18Meanwhile, the 20 pesos rice remains available in various markets and government offices across Metro Manila,
00:23including the DA Central Office, Paranaque, Valenzuela, Manila, Malabon, Taguig, Mandaluyong, Pasay, and Navotas.
00:32The program has also reached the Visayas region, where select areas are now offering a significantly cheaper than current price of well-milled rice in public markets,
00:42which ranges from 40 pesos to 50 pesos per kilo.
