The second day of the sex trafficking trial of Sean "Diddy" Combs saw his former girlfriend, R&B singer Cassie Ventura, take the stand, for a lengthy and emotional testimony. On Monday, the first day of the trial, prosecutors showed jurors video of the music mogul beating Ventura in a hotel in March 2016. On Tuesday, Ventura, who is now 38 years old and currently pregnant with her third child with her husband, Alex Fine, described the altercation.

00:27the 2016 incident started as a freak-off, aka one of Combs' highly orchestrated sex parties that

00:33Ventura says stemmed from his interest in voyeurism. Ventura testified that she tried to leave a freak-off

00:38before it was quote over at the Intercontinental Hotel in Los Angeles. She said, Sean followed me

00:44into the hallway by the elevators. He grabbed me up, threw me on the ground, kicked me, tried to drag

00:49me back to the room, took my stuff. Elsewhere in her testimony, Ventura detailed her relationship with

00:54Combs, which she says lasted just over 10 years. She said of their arguments, if they were violent

01:00arguments, it would usually result in some sort of physical abuse and dragging just different things.

01:05The singer said these violent incidents occurred quote too frequently. The prosecution asked Ventura

01:10about Combs' freak-offs in detail. According to Ventura, she was just 22 when Combs first asked her

01:16to engage in these sessions that would entail hiring an escort and setting up this experience so that I

01:22could perform for Sean. She said that at first she was quote confused, nervous, but also loved him

01:27very much. According to Ventura, the freak-offs became a job. She noted that the encounters lasted

01:33anywhere from 36 to 48 hours and frequently required periods of recovery from dehydration,

01:39fatigue, and drug use. Ventura testified that she felt she couldn't say no to Combs because she

01:44believed a no could result in violence or Combs leaking tapes he made of the freak-offs. She called the

01:49videos humiliating and disgusting and said, I never wanted anyone to ever see me like that.
