00:14But during this mission, a vessel from China's People's Liberation Army Navy was spotted in the area and remained nearby throughout the activity.

00:30A ship of the People's Liberation Army Navy of China was spotted and stayed in the entire three-day rollout of the Kadiwa sa Kanlurang Karagatan, or KKK, project in West Philippine Sea, Nirbaho de Masinlok.
00:43Though the Chinese vessel did not do any aggressive action, there is an instance where it came near MV Kunimatsu vessel, which is a part of the Philippine mission.
00:54Despite this, the KKK project proceeded with the help of the Philippine Coast Guard's escort vessel, BRP Gabriela Silang.
01:03From morning until evening, fishermen from Zambales continuously came under the KKK mission.
01:10The Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources directly buys the fish catch of the fisher folk in the middle of the sea.
01:17Through this, the freshness of the fish will be preserved under the post-fishing facility inside the MV Kunimatsu fishing carrier.

01:59The PCG added that aside from the big help in fishermen's livelihood, the project also aims to encourage them not to fear fishing in our own territory.
