00:19into the circumstances surrounding the event. The incident occurred around 9.45 p.m.,
00:24when motorists and bystanders reported seeing a man standing on the edge of the Weldon Canyon
00:28Road overpass, overlooking the northbound lanes of the 5 freeway.
