00:00so when you come to areas like this it doesn't really look like too much right it looks like

00:06everything's burned you have cars on burn structures burn it doesn't look like there's

00:13much here for anybody it just looks like a place that kind of just needs to be cleared out and

00:18stuff like that but a couple things that we take notice of just on patrol it's stuff like this

00:23you have different piping it appears to be copper to me copper wiring that's wrapped up

00:30that somebody may have came over here and cut it and piled it up and maybe they're waiting for like

00:38the cover of darkness to kind of come back and take that and then they'll go recycle it for some

00:42type of monetary value so those are just like little hints and little things that kind of

00:47spike your um your sense of awareness so you can do multiple patrol checks you can keep coming around

00:53and stuff like that so and and that's that's just a direct sign of something that we've been dealing

01:00with as people will come out they'll start cutting things although they'll disguise themselves as

01:04construction workers or contractors they'll come out they'll do stuff like this and then they'll wait

01:09for the cover of darkness to kind of come back when they know residents aren't here there aren't

01:16as many um civilian eyes that are out here where they can possibly get away with uh with

01:23with their crime
