00:13by China on the Belt and Road Initiative, the president pro-temporary of CELAC Gustavo

00:18Petro expressed his desire for the region to be at the social, political and economic

00:25The president emphasized that the link to the Silk Road will allow Colombia to develop

00:32He also pointed out that the signing of this treaty has the objective of germinating the

00:37most technologically advanced hardware for the infrastructure of artificial intelligence.

00:55Both Latin America and Colombia are free, sovereign, independent, and the relations we establish

01:00with any people in the world, north, east, west, or south, must be under conditions of

01:09And to that extent we have decided to take a significant step forward between China and
