00:09revealed that the situation was a two-way street that um it was a toxic relationship but it was on

00:22said there was hitting on both sides he said that in open court today yes he did uh what did you

00:28make of the situation with the picture inadvertently being shown to everybody sitting in the gallery I

00:35know you were in the gallery I was in the gallery it appeared everybody in the courtroom saw the

00:38picture oh yeah yeah that was that was uh um that was a little shocker but and uh they say that she

00:46was 19 at the time I noticed that Diddy kind of raised his eyebrows and looked at his attorney

00:51when it was said in court by the government that it was going to suggest that he was coercing her

00:56into a lifestyle of uh sexual trafficking all right so when they showed the picture uh it was

01:03they clearly showed the picture that this this is this is her prior to meeting Diddy she was she was

01:1119 years old and it was a picture of her that they showed the picture of her prior to meeting Diddy

01:17like I don't understand the relevance in that like if it's not a picture why she was with him or why she

01:22was dealing with him I understand why you would show a picture of him of her prior to meeting him

01:27I don't understand the relevance I think Diddy's defense attorney Alexander Shapiro said she thinks

01:32the government wanted to introduce it because she looked very very young almost underage in that

01:37picture I don't know why they did it but I don't I still don't see the relevance of showing the picture

01:43of a person prior to me meeting him it doesn't make sense were you surprised that we didn't have a jury

01:49seated today um no I mean uh not really because there's a lot of other stuff going on and they're

01:56trying to get to the bottom of that and this judge here he's a no-nonsense judge he's a very smart judge

02:02and um and when he give me when he when he gives it um I don't how do I say the word order or we give

02:07directions he's expected to be followed to the t and um and that's where we at
