Alan Pace has spoken about the lessons he has learned since taking over the club in December 2020.

00:00What's the biggest lesson you've learned so far, four or five years into the world?

00:03Well, one is, I think it's a lot harder than, you know, most people on Football Manager think.

00:09It's a way harder business, and it's a way harder set of circumstances that come your way,

00:15and it's never set. There are things that come day in and day out that will surprise anybody,

00:21including myself, and I continue to be surprised, hopefully less than I was three or four years ago,

00:26but I know this, I will continue to be surprised, I just don't know how.
