00:00This jacket is the only reason why I survived a four-course meal at an ice restaurant.

00:04The new restaurant is in Quebec's Hotel the Glass, which is open to the public every day.

00:08So before dinner, we got to explore incredible sweets that are designed by Canadian artists.

00:12After looking around, we got a drink at the bar, and that's when I realized these mittens right here were a mistake.

00:17And by the time we were sitting down for our four-course meal, my toes and legs were struggling.

00:22But my torso and head were nice and warm the whole time, thanks to my parka.

00:25And I borrowed some heavy-duty gloves to take care of my hands.

00:28The food also helped us warm up. We had bread, a pastry-covered wild-poor soup, short ribs, and a rum sauce dessert.

00:34All in all, this trip to the ice restaurant was definitely worth it. Just make sure you bundle up.
