00:29the appeal when the case was brought up in court on Wednesday. On August 10, 2023, Magistrate Nadia

00:37Othman acquitted Nalina Nair after finding the prosecution failed to prove prima facie at the

00:43end of the prosecution's case. Earlier, on August 26, 2021, Nalina Nair was charged with rioting

00:52disorderly behavior or hurling insults at the lobby area of the Dangwangi Police Headquarters

00:58on August 19, 2021. A total of five prosecution witnesses were called to testify at the trial.
