Former dental nurse opens new estate agency in Shirley

Former dental nurse Kitty Woodley has realised her dream to open her own estate agency with the launch of Your Move Breckon Woodley in Shirley

00:00Hi, my name's Kitty and I am opening the latest branch of Your Move in Shirley.

00:05My estate agency background has stemmed from my grandfather and my great uncle.

00:12It took an interest from a very, very young age and now that my children have sort of grown up

00:16have decided that it's my time to do what I want to do in life and that is to open an estate agency.

00:23Initially I was thinking of going down the independent route

00:26but I think going with a franchise, you have that support behind you

00:31and you're part of a well-established brand.

00:36It was a no-brainer to go down the franchise route.

00:40The support that I've been given has been fantastic from that very first email that I sent to LSL.

00:48No matter what the question, they have got someone that is there to answer.

00:52They've always made me feel at ease and it's been such an easy and smooth process for me.

00:59My advice to someone thinking of opening a franchise would be to call Your Move right away.
