00:00We have eight central support teams. They work together to produce world-class entertainment, showcased across the globe.
00:08We currently have one TUI dedicated delivery manager who has a support partner.
00:13To capably deliver all TUI Blue, Lapland and Holiday Village resorts going forward,
00:19we will increase from one delivery manager to a team of four.
00:24But rather than giving them global responsibility, each manager will have a geographical territory, lead a concept and report into a different TAG office.
00:34Olivia will be accountable for all resorts in Cyprus, Egypt and Turkey and will be the global lead for Sensatori.
00:41Olivia's role will be based out of our office in Portugal and she will have a Turkish designate manager working alongside her based in Turkey.
00:51Dec will be responsible for all resorts in Greece and Bulgaria and will take global leadership for the Families concept.
00:58Dec's role is also from our Lisbon office but he will have a Greek designate manager working with him based in Greece.
01:05Sean will be responsible for all resorts in Spain and Lapland. He will lead the Holiday Village concept and will report into the UK office.
01:14Ashley will be responsible for all TUI Blue resorts in the Americas and Asia.
01:20With only two resorts currently in these regions, there is bandwidth for the Blue Horizon growth.
01:26Ashley's role will be based between our US and Hong Kong offices.
01:30There will be a Blue Horizons designate manager based in Dubai.
01:34For 2023, we can commit to the TUI delivery team being current TAG employees.
01:41We can hit the ground running with an experienced, knowledgeable and settled team.
01:47In time, the designate ODMs in Turkey, Greece and Dubai will take over, facilitating our succession plan and activating an international delivery model.
