I tried the Tiramisu Cream Iced Latte, which is a new addition to Starbucks’ menu alongside the Tiramisu Cream Iced Oat Shaken Espresso and the Tiramisu Frappuccino Blended Beverage.

00:04Today I'm going to be taste testing a brand new beverage from Starbucks.

00:08Starbucks has launched an early summer menu. Now while we may still be in spring,

00:14Starbucks is getting way ahead of the game by releasing a few items from its upcoming summer

00:19menu. And part of its summer menu is a brand new tiramisu-inspired drinks range.

00:25Now I've never been a huge fan of tiramisu. While I don't absolutely hate it, it is definitely not

00:31one of my favourites and not something I'd usually reach for. However, the tiramisu-inspired beverages

00:37from Starbucks do look a little bit enticing and I would be interested to see if I would like it more

00:43as a kind of drinkable flavour rather than as a dessert. Now the drink out of the tiramisu-inspired

00:50range I have chosen to taste test today is the tiramisu iced cream latte. I love an iced latte,

00:58so I definitely thought that this was going to be the one for me and here it is. Now I will say

01:04the smell of this is actually pretty strong. You can certainly smell tiramisu flavours and I will say

01:11so far not my kind of smell but let's see if it is my kind of taste.

01:20Okay I've had a taste and I have mixed feelings. So first of all it's worth mentioning that you can

01:26choose the type of coffee bean that you want roasted in this drink and I chose blonde and yeah

01:31that's pretty standard. The tiramisu flavour is strong. It is very strong. And I think that if you

01:38absolutely love tiramisu you're gonna absolutely love this. It is spot on. It is very reflective of

01:44the dessert and like I say if you're a tiramisu fan and a coffee fan this is going to be the perfect

01:48drink for you. However as you know I'm not a tiramisu fan. But that doesn't mean I hate it.

01:55It is nice. It is refreshing. I will finish it. It's not something that I've taken a sip off and thought

02:01oh I won't be drinking that. It's just probably something that I wouldn't order again. I think as well

02:06I like sweet drinks. I like sweet coffee. You know if I'm going to pick some sort of flavour as like a

02:13standard flavour I'd pick caramel. This is a little bit more bitter. But I know that it's going to have

02:19its fans. It is okay. I think there's been a lot of thought putting into this to be as reflective of

02:26tiramisu as it can be. And yeah you can definitely definitely taste that. But personally it's not really

02:32for me. Having said that I am a huge fan of Starbucks and I will be very interested

02:37to see what else they bring out in their full summer menu later on in the year.
