00:03If you show up at a restaurant and they don't have a reservation, don't freak out.

00:06They'll probably find you a table as soon as possible.

00:08And if they don't, it's time to pull up those receipts.

00:11Your text records, your phone records, the Resi app.

00:14And if you don't have any proof that you made a reservation, it's possible you didn't actually make one.

00:19If you get served the wrong dish, don't be a people pleaser.

00:22Just calmly tell your server that you ordered something different.

00:25You may even need some approval from the people at your table.

00:28And they should bring out the right dish quickly.

00:30The biggest mistake a restaurant can make is when it becomes dangerous.

00:33So that's when you get a foreign object in your food that becomes a choking hazard.

00:37You get an allergen or a sober person is serve something with alcohol in it.

00:42In that case, talk to your server.

00:43They should be very apologetic and comp your meal or get you something new.

00:47And if they're not doing that, that's a rare occurrence where it's okay to turn to Google reviews.

00:51And that's not to shade the restaurant, but it's so they don't make that same mistake in the future.
